Spanseal is produced in a range of profiles to suit various joint conditions in new construction and for retrofit applications. Spanseal is extruded out of aluminium in various profiles and sizes and is supplied in individually wrapped lengths. Our standard anodising specification is to 15 micron. However, the profiles can be annodised to your colour choice at an extra cost.
Spanseal is designed got joint widths ranging from 15mm to 45mm. The Spanseal range provides for a choice between lightweight and heavy duty profiles, also a choice application. The range in design allows you to consider and select a profile which is suitable for the design or which applies to the on-site condition of the joint.
Your choices are:
- To apply a Spanseal coverstrip secured with a propietry spring steel retaining clips.
- To span the joint with a Spanseal cover plate.
Packaging and Supply:
Spanseal is supplied in standard 3 meter lengths, individually wrapped for protection of surface finish, complete with the required number of spring steel fixing clips. All profiles are supplied naturally anodised unless otherwise required.
